I’m shocked we don’t hear more of these type of deaths. The scooters are fun but seem like absolute death traps. Road one once and had a blast, but just seemed absolutely dangerous to ride them around DC streets.

It’s because I lived in DC / DuPont Circle for three years and still miss the city. And I’ve seen what happened out here in the PNW - bad policies have destroyed the quality of life.

Yup, they wanted to have Union Station open first and they needed a rail yard. Dupont Circle was supposed to be included in the initial opening as well but was delayed because of flood damage.
