I was at the Roost. One of the security guards indicated he thought there was a shooting. TONS of police cars, but we never saw an ambulance so I’m hopeful no one was hurt.

She read ‘change’ as ‘charge’ and tried to recover from that. She’s prob into golden showers. Part of her penile obsession. Just a thought.

It’s not unusual to say you shouldn’t be allowed to see what the video shows before you write a report, so you can’t lie to make your report match the video. It’s standard in every reform recommendation for how to use BWC. Because testi-lying is rampant. No one is no papering cases because an officer says they turned left and it was actually right. They’re no papering cases because the gun isn’t where the officer swears it was, or the search wasn’t consensual or legal, or the officer is still making arrests despite having multiple documented credibility problems.

Is this directed at me?

Doesn't really matter what the victim is thinking. They will catch charges due to disproportionate force. The law is blind, as they say. Just use normal pepper spray, there's no need to inflict permanent damage when normal pepper spray accomplishes the same thing for less risk.

Threats are assault. Battery are if the person carries out the threat:
Definition: "Assault is generally defined as an intentional act that puts another person in reasonable apprehension of imminent harmful or offensive contact."

It’s still a claim on your insurance which leads to your rates rising and paying a deductible.

I did not have Swizzler at the game today (almost always eat outside the park before games to either save money or get better food for the same cost), but I have gone to their location on 1st Street SE about four times (work nearby). Their burgers are very good, not quite as good as Shake Shack but similar in style (and IMO better than Five Guys), and the cost is a few dollars less than Shake Shack or Five Guys if you get a combo. (The fries are good but unspectacular IMO.)
Saying the above more simply, Swizzler is a solid option at Nationals Park, though like Shake Shack I think eating at the location outside but near the ballpark makes more sense. The non-ballpark location is a few dollars less and doesn’t have the sports event/captive customer markup.

No one is asking for sympathy for the criminal. However, I'd hate to see the person defending themselves catch charges as well simply because they thought they were being clever.
