All I know is that it's super small and it's designed for working adults. With most of those types of programs, you are going to get out what you can put into it; they can't hold your hand like a traditional undergraduate program.

Absolutely not. You cannot compare how the District works and it’s responsibilities compared to any other city. Our government has the Herculean tasks of policing the national nations Capitol as local, county, state, and federal.

Outside of policing our other government functions have greater responsibilities than other municipalities.

I hate to go against the grain here, but if you want to go on actual bird walks, and then you should probably ignore DC Audubon, and the official chapter of the Feminist Bird Club. I don’t think DC Audubon actually does bird walks, and the FBC walks often start at nine or 10 in the morning, which is way too late.

I'm always a bit confused when I see first responders casually walking to a person or a fire. I get that a few seconds or a couple of minutes usually doesn't, but it obviously can matter, especially for their job.
