It's a form of "Right-to-Work." A misnomer, really, as it's more like right-to-make-you-work to the inconvenience of your family and other responsibilities.

If it causes a decline in tuition costs and the disappearance of predatory loan schemes then it is not a bad thing.

The two county commissioners should be disqualified from ever again holding elected office. And they should pay the costs that the judge recommends should be paid instead of the taxpayers.

There were efforts across PA to have Wake Tech access voting machines. The way Fulton handled it, and their lawyers handled the injunction stuff, is stunningly stupid. Tom Carroll ought to have his law license yanked. And that woman lawyer from Michigan? Why did they even try to have someone under federal investigation in another state is stunningly stupid. I read all 79+ pages of the President Judge's Findings of Fact and Recommendations. You should, too.

Must be western cuz the only tracks to TMI with a possible view like that are in Londonderry Township along the river... but the smokestack at the right is too close to be the one on Brunner Island in York County.
