Hispanic isn't a race but a linguistic category. Hispanics can be fully European/White like Spaniards, fully Indigenous like Amerindians, fully Black like descendants of slaves, half Indigenous and half European like Mestizos, half Black and half White like Mulattos, 3/4th European and 1/4th Indigenous like Castizos and anything you can think of. Hispanic literally means Spanish speaker, it is no different from calling all English speakers Anglos.

TBH inequality isn't an issue if the poorest person is a millionaire. The issue is if the people on the lower end have a dignified standard of living.

Well if we break it down into genders/sex, men have way higher HDI than that of women so......

Technically you're right. For example both Japan and SK overall have higher HDI than USA, but if we break down that into genders/sex, HDI of men in Japan and SK are still higher than men in America, but HDI of women in America is higher than that of Japan and SK.

Women, LGBTQ and minorities are anyday better off in America than Saudi by miles.

Similar to how Hawaii is considered America but not Puerto Rico.
